For the correct JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit you'll need to measure the the distance between the landing gear on your 2019 Coachman Catalina 29TH. The cutoff is 58" for the 2 different models so you'll just have to choose from the following 2 options depending on what you're able to measure:

The Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Tire w 15" Viking Aluminum Wheel # A225R6FPS does come ready to put on your trailer, though they do not come balanced like you would see with an automotive tire.
Although you can have them balanced if you like, it is not necessary because a trailer is tracking behind a vehicle so they are going to have a much rougher, bouncier ride and balancing trailer tires would not be noticeable.

The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740 has a 6" spacing so you'd only be taking on a 1/4" difference horizontally for both sides, which should be within tolerance for the shackle straps. Switching to a longer shackle strap like 3-1/8" # TRSL313 could help maintain your current height, but you'll run the risk of the straps sitting out of tolerance compared to the equalizer. Dexter EZ-Lube axles can use any formula of wheel bearing grease including the LubriMatic Marine Trailer Wheel Bearing Grease # L54FR.
Some formulas are made for specific applications; marine wheel bearing grease is especially formulated to resist water. LMX red grease # L11390 is made specifically for high pressure/high temperature industrial applications but it can also be used in trailer wheel bearings. Your trailer wheels' JJ designation just refers to the shape of the bead seat, which is where the inside edge of the tire contacts the rim. You never really need to worry about this though since the correct 205/75-15 size tires you buy for these rims will automatically have that bead seat profile. If you buy new 15 x 5 rims they again will have this bead profile.
